At ABA GLOBAL ACTION, it is also an approach that constantly seeks out the root causes of problems. It is leadership that gives more than it takes. It serves people, the planet, prosperity, peace, and partnerships. It emphasized justice, equity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
